We’re pulling some things out of the freezer, and using left-overs this week to keep the grocery budget down. I’ve gone ahead and scheduled the recipe for the Sausage Potato Salad, but the link won’t work until Wednesday.
Saturday: Spicy Chicken Chowder
Sunday Breakfast: Cowboy Coffee Cake and scrambled eggs (I chopped up and threw in the last of the lunch meat from the previous week, plus added some garlic and cheese)
Sunday Supper: Death Chilli, multi-grain rolls
Monday: Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork Fajitas (left-overs form last week)
Tuesday: chili, rolls (left-overs from Sunday)
Wednesday: sausage potato salad, lettuce salad
Thursday: Jerked Chicken, salad (not doing the roasted peppers and pineapple this time)
Friday: eat out/left-overs
