I do plan menus every week, but I do it on Thursdays or Fridays, as I do the grocery shopping on Friday or Saturday. That said, I’m still going to participate.
Saturday: Bacon cheeseburger burgers, potato chips, salad (I bought the burgers at our local market, and darn it, they were fantastic! Bacon and cheese right in the burger. Served on kaiser rolls.)
Sunday: spaghetti (something Matt could easily make)
Monday: Super Nachos!
Tuesday: sausages and hot dogs on the grill
Wednesday: grilled chicken, grilled potatoes, salad.
Thursday: breakfast for supper – hashbrowns, fried eggs
Friday: pasta salad with chicken
I don’t really see myself writing up many of these as recipes, as they’re rather straight forward, but you never know.
