I missed last week, naughty me. I blame it on the fact I was out of town until late Monday, and didn’t do up the menu plan and grocery list until Tuesday. This week, however, I’m on top of the game. Here’s the plan for May 30th to June 5th.
Saturday: Grilled Gyro Burgers
Sunday: grilled sweet Italian sausages on a bun, salad, baby cut carrots (raw)
Monday: Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork Fajitas
Tuesday: whole wheat spaghetti with meat sauce
Wednesday: smoked chicken breast
Thursday: Waldorf pasta salad with chicken
Friday: Eat Out!
