
Welcome to another attempt at Menu Plan Monday. This time, in an attempt to cut down on the confusion in the morning, I’ve planned out breakfasts and lunches for the kids and myself. Matt’s on his own for those two meals.

Monday Breakfast: Waffles
Monday Lunch: Ari and Donovan – hot lunch at school, Lisa – leftover soup & sandwich
Monday Supper: spaghetti (using italian sausage for the meat sauce), salad
Tuesday Breakfast: fried eggs & toast
Tuesday Lunch: Ari – sandwich; Don – hot lunch at school; Lisa – sandwich & salad
Tuesday Supper: German sausages and Applekraut
Wednesday Breakfast: hash browns and sausage
Wednesday Lunch: Ari – bagged lunch; Don – sandwich; Lisa – sandwich & veggies
Wednesday Supper: Curried chicken & rice
Thursday Breakfast: cereal
Thursday Lunch: Ari – hot lunch at school; Don – sandwich; Lisa – sandwich & veggies
Thursday Supper: Dirty rice
Friday Breakfast: scrambled eggs & toast, fruit
Friday Lunch: Ari – sandwich; Don – sandwich; Lisa – undecided
Friday Supper: Tacos

Looks like your family is going to have some terrific meals this week.
I love MPM especially since my husband and I lost our jobs. I’m looking for inexpensive and healthy meals for our family of three.
